Cancellation Policy

Individual & Follow-Up Sessions: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an individual session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and will be considered forfeited. ReGen Reset — Starter & Complete Programs: All program sales are considered final once your intake form has been reviewed and your personalized wellness plan is in progress. A full refund (minus a $50 CAD administrative fee) is available only if cancellation is requested before any program work has commenced. For the Complete program, a 50% refund on remaining unused sessions may be issued if cancellation is requested after Session 1 only. No refunds are issued after Session 2. Exceptional Circumstances: ReGen Wellness understands that life happens. In the case of a documented medical emergency or serious unforeseen circumstance, exceptions may be considered at the practitioner's sole discretion.
